We are a small team covering the towns and surrounding areas of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. Since the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in 2007 it has become vitally important to use the services of a professional inventory company. Our reports and records are designed to meet standards of evidence required by Tenancy Deposit Scheme adjudicators in the event of a dispute between the parties.
